A Person Alleged is someone who is alleged to have precipitated an Incident. This would be considered the possible perpetrator as compared to the Person who would be considered the possible victim. You first add core information about the Person and then can add information about Behavior, Consequences, Investigation, Legal and/or Treatment for this Alleged Person. One Alleged Person can have multiple things impact them as part of an Incident and an Incident can have multiple Alleged Persons involved.

There is a separate section to record information about Staff on the program, Participants in the program and/or Witnesses. Someone can be in multiple data categories. For example, if a staff person is impacted by the Incident they would be added as a Person. They might also be added as a Staff member of the program and they could also be added as a Witness.
