To access the User Settings area click on your Username at the top left of any screen.
Click on Change Password and enter your old password and your new password twice for confirmation. Click Save. Your password settings must meet our security standards as detailed in Password Requirements & Two Factor Authentication.
If you do not remember your password, the click here link will take you to the password reset page.
You will get a screen notification that a Password Reset link has been sent to your email address.
Check your email account and check your spam folder as well. The long reset link included in the email message can be flagged as spam by some email providers. Click the link in the email.
That will bring you back to the site where you can enter a new password. Enter it twice and press the Submit button. Remember that there are password length and character requirements which must be met in order for your new password to be accepted. Entering the new password and saving will log you into the site.
