IncidentAnalytix uses Microsoft Power BI as our Business Intelligence platform for robust data analytics in the Cloud. When to access the Analytics Dashboard you'll see live and interactive data updated in real-time.
If you click on the Analytics section of the Active Sidebar you will see the My Analytics page. This will present you with the Analytics Dashboard for your organization only.
Depending on the level of Cloud System that you are on you may also see a link for Aggregate Analytics. This is for organizations that are on a multi-tenant server where Aggregate Analytics is activated. In this case you will see a slightly different version of the Analytics Dashboard that shows data for all organizations on this server. It is a limited subset of the overall data so that it cannot be identified with a particular organization.
