The Reportable Incident data type allows you to catalog any Incidents where some form of reporting may be required. In order to user the Reportable Incident data type there must be an appropriate value for your organization in the Reporting Source Field (which can be the default of 'Not Selected'). This dropdown list specifies who the Report needs to be submitted to. The Reporting Status allows you to set the status such as Optional, Required, Not Required, etc.
