The Incident Event is the primary data type which all other data types are connected to. You must first create an Event. The Event can either be 1) Close Call - something almost happened or 2) Incident - an event where there was some negative consequence. Once an Incident has been added you can use the Active Sidebar to add additional data types to the Incident. You submit information in various category areas by clicking on the categories in the header tab section labeled 1, 2, 3.... You must go to the last tab on the right to access the Submit button.
