Some organizations may operate multiple types of courses. The Organization Course Type allows organizations to define one or more Course Types and quickly select the Site in a dropdown list.
The Organization Course Type is part of the Organization Configuration section. You must first add an Organization Course Type before you can access it as a Course Type when adding a new Incident.
