Some organizations may operate multiple branches. The Organization Branch allows organizations to define one or more Branches and quickly select the Branch in a dropdown list.
The Organization Branch is part of the Organization Configuration section. You must first add an Organization Branch before you can access it as a Branch when adding a new Incident.
