Email verification is required for certain features in IncidentAnalytix including using email for Two Factor Authentication. This may be done when the User Account is first created by an Administrator. 

To authenticate their email after their account has been created, the User can click on the Resend Email Activation link on the Login page to access the page to enter their email address and press the Submit button.

Or an Administrator with permissions on User Accounts can resend the Email Activation by checking the Send activation email box and clicking the Save button.

The User will receive an email to verify their identity. Please check in your spam folder to ensure that you can receive emails from When you receive the email, click on the Verify button in the email, click on the URL or cut and paste it into your browser.
